
Verónica Rodríguez Barco
Verónica is an Associate at Coronel & Pérez. Her experience focuses on complex litigation in civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional law, among others. She also has experience advising clients (both companies and other organizations, including the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce) in the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, due diligence processes, and corporate and institutional matters.
Between 2019 and 2021 Verónica served as an advisor in the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. She also worked for several years at the Arbitration Center of the Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce.
Verónica is a Lawyer from the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, a Master in Law from the Pompeu Fabra University and, in addition, she is a Professor at Law School of the Espiritu Santo University of Specialties.
