  • Collaboration with teams in charge of the defense and representation of important national companies in litigation matters in the areas of commercial law.
  • Advising clients within negotiation and mediation processes.

Civil, Administrative and Constitutional Law

  • Collaboration with teams in charge of the defense and representation of natural and legal persons in constitutional, administrative and civil litigation.
  • Preparation of reports, amicus curiae briefs, and complaints for constitutional guarantees.

Corporate Law

  • Drafting of complex corporate contracts.

Family Law

  • Preparation of family protocols. Drafting civil and commercial trusts to protect the assets of family businesses.
  • Collaborate with teams in charge of defense and representation in family law matters.

 

Career

During her university years, María Grazia was part of the Arbitration Team of the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil (UCSG). In addition, she was a teaching assistant in Procedural Law class.

Before joining our firm, she gained professional experience in various public and private sector institutions. Between 2015 and 2017, María Grazia worked at the Solano & Asociados Law Firm, specializing in banking and family law issues. From 2018 to 2019, she held the positions of paralegal and lawyer at the M&MP Legal Law Firm. Then, between 2019 and 2020, María Grazia served as a law clerk at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. Finally, in 2021, she interned at The Romero Firm, which specializes in immigration law in New York.

Between 2019 and 2020, María Grazia served as an advisor to the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. And, in 2021, she interned at The Romero Firm, a firm specializing in immigration law in New York.

In 2021, María Grazia completed her Master of Law (LL.M) at Duke Law School, emphasizing in Arbitration, American Business law, and Energy law. In 2022, she passed the entrance exam to the bar of the State of New York, United States.

Currently, María Grazia also works as Coach of the Arbitration Team of the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil, who recently won the XI National Arbitration Mood. (2022).
